Dr. Karagiannis is an Assistant Professor in Veterinary Behavioural Medicine and Animal Welfare at the Veterinary School of the European University of Cyprus. He is a European and RCVS Specialist in Veterinary Behavioural Medicine. He graduated from the veterinary faculty of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and he completed his Residency for the European College of Behavioural Medicine in the Animal Behavioural Clinic of the University of Lincoln, UK. His main research interests are animal emotions. He is lecturing about veterinary behavioural medicine and he runs the first veterinary behaviour service for dogs and cats in Greece.
