Mrs. Vassiliki Tsioli is Professor in Animal Surgery, at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Thessaly. She has a degree in Veterinary Medicine (1998) and a PhD (2006) in Veterinary Medicine from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2008 she has been a member of the academic staff in the Clinic of Surgery of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Thessaly, where she teaches animal surgery and more specifically the subjects of general surgery and soft tissue surgery. She has published 130 papers in scientific journals, has written textbooks, book chapters and translated book chapters from English to Greek. In total, she has participated with 80 presentations or announcements at conferences and workshops in Greece and abroad.
