Veterinarian, PhD candidate in Surgical Intensive Care
Eirini Sarpekidou is a veterinarian and PhD candidate in Surgery and Intensive Care at the Department of Neurosurgery, Companion Animal Clinic, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and subsequently completed a two-year internship in small animal neurosurgery and intensive care (2019-2021).
Following her internship, Eirini began her PhD in Neurosurgery and Intensive Care. Throughout her PhD, she has received two grants for teaching experience and has published several papers in both Greek and international journals. Additionally, she has attended greek conferences as an invited speaker.

- Disorders of respiratory system function in dogs with focal myelopathies
- Management and treatment of neurological and neurosurgical emergencies
