Francesco Cian

Francesco graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Padua (Italy) in 2007. After a few years working in general practice, he completed a residency in Veterinary Clinical Pathology at the University of Cambridge (UK). In 2013, he obtained board certification from the European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology (ECVCP) and the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath). Since 2015, Francesco has been working in the UK as clinical pathologist or the LABOKLIN group. He is the author of three cytology books in English, translated into several languages. Francesco is the secretary of the ECVCP college and a member of the Examination Committee for the cytology section. He is a passionate educator, actively collaborating with several educational companies and on social media to provide postgraduate education in cytology to veterinarians.
